Draft no. 3 - New Year, New Me!

Image
“New Year, New Me!”      New Years. A time of new beginnings, new resolutions, and more. A holiday to be celebrated as we look back at the last and be grateful, despite its many trials and tribulations.      As for me, it’s surprising to say the least. A new person indeed, but in many ways, still the same. However, I’ve figured it out since last year. Whether or not everyone else is ready for it, accepts, or supports it, it’s me. New me, but nonetheless it’s who I am. For resolutions however, I want to get in better shape and make some more music.

Celebration of Christmas Season in its essence, amidst the COVID 19 Pandemic        Christmas, the time of giving, the time of cheer, and whatnot. For many, that’s what Christmas is. A time where we get together and have fun, a time where we give each other thoughtful and meaningful gifts, show each other love. However, the pandemic doesn’t understand holidays, or get-togethers, for it is a virus, and during these times, an unforgiving one.      This needn’t be the case, because Christmas, is not actually just about fun and gifts. We must take responsibility and better our actions to ensure the safety of the people and also face the hardships of the world and pandemic. We must unite to become strong, and compassionate about each other in order to withstand the future predicaments life has to offer for us Filipinos.

Draft no.4 (1st quarter) - Quality education during COVID-19 pandemic

Quality education during  COVID-19 pandemic Trying to get a proper education during the pandemic is difficult, to say the least. It is not easy to get good education during the pandemic, because the main means of properly educating students are currently inaccessible. Students experiencing the modular learning have difficulty understanding, learning, and engaging with the material not only due to the lack of mentors to physically teach them, but also other factors that include home issues, distractions, and etc. This is a very unfortunate time, and the stress on the people and students make it hard for them to learn material whilst also doing other things. However, there is hope in the future year for schools to open back up and hopefully resume proper learning.
