Celebration of Christmas Season in its essence, amidst the COVID 19 Pandemic

 

    Christmas, the time of giving, the time of cheer, and whatnot. For many, that’s what Christmas is. A time where we get together and have fun, a time where we give each other thoughtful and meaningful gifts, show each other love. However, the pandemic doesn’t understand holidays, or get-togethers, for it is a virus, and during these times, an unforgiving one.

    This needn’t be the case, because Christmas, is not actually just about fun and gifts. For it is when our savior Jesus Christ was born, and each year we celebrate his birth, and thank him, and each other, and show our love. Christmas is about getting together as a family, to appreciate our time together. And since it is also near the end of the year, it is also the time where we thank God for letting us live another year, for he is our Lord.

    Frivolities, items, and such, are never necessary in simply celebrating Christmas, for it is not about the gifts, it is about love, compassion, and forgiveness.

    Christmas truly helps families build a stronger bond. Celebrating with loved ones is more important than receiving gifts, and we must share our love with one another in order to enjoy a bright and joyous Christmas. Good work!

    You are on point, my dude. Christmas is indeed a season wherein families and friends bond. Although, it is also a season that any pandemic wouldn't understand nor can comprehend. But despite its cruelty, we still ought to enjoy the holidays with our loved ones.

 Vigan City Fiesta Celebration in the New Normal      It is important to celebrate and have fun, but unfortunately, it doesn’t come without its risks.      The new normal is a burden we all have to deal with, and is also limits us to be able to properly celebrate fiestas and whatnot. I understand that it is an important tradition and celebration to many, but to be safe, I don’t think it is worth the risk of still getting the virus.      However, it is still possible but only if people follow the proper safety precautions, such as getting vaccinated, wearing a facemask, making sure to wash their hands, and trying to stay a distance away from other people.     If you can avoid it, then it is probably best to, in order to keep safe. It is still possible to celebrate a fiesta at home.
